Order by fax is available and accepted by using our provide form that causes neither delay nor defect, you can ask for the purchasing order form at info@sound-republic.com, home_hifi@hotmail.com. After complete an ordering form, please fax to 02-100-6402.

We offer two ways to pay your products as shown below. 

 Payment method 
1. Pay by cash to our delivery officer 
2. By ATM or pay at Bank into our account. 

Once you paid, just SMS at 081-770-0641 or Line @SoundRepublic to confirm your payment, or please fax the bank receipt at 02-100-6402.
Delivery method 
1. Delivery at home (only in Bangkok and urban area).
2. By post or courier service.
You will receive the products within 1-2 days by EMS or courier company service after receiving your payment.
At SOUND REPUBLIC we believe that each one of our customers deserves a very personal service to address their specific needs. It is for this reason that we provide a free home demonstration service and bring a demonstration on most high-end products, subject to status, anywhere within Bangkok. Outside of Bangkok a fee is chargeable to cover the additional costs.

REPAIR FAQs

For non-warranty repairs our technicians will, upon request, examine the product and provide a cost estimate before we repair your product. If you are concerned about the expense, you can ask us to notify you of the repair costs. You may also give us a limit, i.e. "Please notify me if the repair charges exceed 2,000฿."

Please note that a nominal fee 500฿ may apply if an estimate is requested but is later declined.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. We accept returns for items that have not been used or damaged. Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns. Contact our customer service team for more information at 02-448-5489, 02-448-5465-6 #300.
As stated in our warranty policy, the customer pays the shipping charges to send products to the Warranty Department. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner's expense.
Our normal turnaround time is about one week, usually less. This includes the shipping time by ground to you. If this turnaround time becomes a problem for you, tell us. We can sometimes "rush" repairs through for special situations. Just let us know.

However if we have to order special parts, most orders arrive around 30 days. Parts that are back-ordered may take extended time for availability and shipping.
Make sure that your product is securely packaged to ensure that the risk of damage during transit to the repair facility is minimized. We accept no liability for any loss or damage that occurs during transit and recommends that you insure the product against any potential loss or damage before you send it. Alternatively you can always take your product to the Service Department in person.
If your product is still under warranty you will also need to send in a copy of your proof of purchase or a warranty card to claim a warranty repair
Your product will be registered in our repair system once it has been received by our Service Department. If you have claimed a warranty repair our technicians will check the product and documentation that has been provided to ensure that they comply with the warranty terms and conditions. If the product or documentation does not meet our warranty terms and conditions you will be contacted and advised that we will provide an estimate of the cost of repair.

If you have forgotten to send in your documents you will be contacted to request that you forward them to us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we will be unable to process your repair whilst we are waiting for the documentation.

We would prefer that you send the item using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number, and require a signature upon delivery. Please enclose a short note that includes your name, phone number, and include a street address or a place where someone will be available to sign for a package, since we return items by EMS or courier company.
